Second Lulu

  

It's been a while since I looked at this blog last time...
Well, I was on vacation for a while. So I wasn't even on SL. I was one of those people who is having a wonderful RL somewhere. lol

As I came back to SL (or the not-so-interesting side of RL for that matter), I was surprised by the news that my SL sister (yes, I have three of them) Lyn just got engaged, and will be SL-married in a week or two. I'm overly excited because I didn't have a celemony when I got SL-married, we just kinda administrated it on the web, which is like just going to the city hall kinda wedding, I guess??
As a responsible-super fashionable-sophisticated sister, I will have to find them a very nice place (a SIM) to have their celemony, a dress (or some dresses) (and one for myself that doesn't stand out more than the bride). Oh, and be a maid of honor.
But hey! What is really important is that if I can show up, RIGHT? I usually can never commit to SL event. My RL just doesn't let me... But let's hope that I can, and be the one they need. ; )

なので、手短に・・・

友達のヨシコちゃんに「SLパートナー（男性）とガールフレンドがいる」と話したら「だからLuluは２倍色っぽいのね」とお褒めの言葉を預かりました。　でも、そんな素敵な言葉がすぐに出て来る彼女の方がよっぽどセクシーだわ、と逆に感心してしまった私でした。

そんな事言われて、ちょっと照れている私でした。  

I never really talked about my RL BDay in SL, but it is today.
I accidentally gave it away when this site asked for it, and I'm not really regretting doing so now, for I already got two comments celebrating my day : )
If you are already my friend and reading this, it's your chance to celebrate the day with me!!

oh wait, come to think of it... I have no intention of playing SL on my special day... maybe tomorrow? (Presents are accepted all year around, FIY)

まず何よりも先に、、、
２つ目に書いた記事にすぐトラックバックが付いてとても興奮しました。
そしてSLでIMして早速お友達になっちゃいました。　久しぶりの日本のお友達だったので興奮度倍増です。彼女の家に押し掛けてみたりしました。（笑）

その後、家の改築に付合ってもらって、、、

Good morning...　起きたので続きを書きます。

所有しているOedo no「お江戸の？？」の１０２４の土地に建ててあったTree Houseがあまりにもプリムを使ってしまうので、数日前に更地に戻したっきり何もしていなかったのですが、Beck さんと遊んでいたら同居人のEllenもログインして来たので、「じゃぁ家建てようか〜」と言う事になった。

EllenはTree Houseがかなり気に入っていたので、同じお店に行って別のモデルがないかどうかまず見る事にしてみた。　するとどうでしょう！　今まで使っていた１０２４用の２階建てモデルよりも小さなモデルがあるじゃないですか！　EllenとBeckさんの同意を得て早速大人買いしました。

VRchitecture Model Homesと言うお店で、特に気に入っているのはモデルハウスがそこら中に建っているのではなくて、ボタン一つで一々Rez出来る事。　皆も是非行ってみてね。

そして建ったのがこれ。

暗くてごめんね、夜だったもんで。。。　建物がかなり小さくなったので、見ての通り、かなり空き地が余りました。　プリムも結構余ったので、小川を流したり、もうちょっと色々Decorateしようと思います。

最近よくＳＬについての記事を日本語圏で見つけるのだけど、随分注目のされ方が欧米の初期と違うなぁと感じます、もちろん良いとか悪いとかじゃないのだけど、勘違いしていらっしゃる人も多いんじゃないだろうか？誤解を招くような（読者を煽る様な）記事が多いと思います。

「お金儲けが出来る！」とかって聞いたことあります？　これってどっちかというと「お金を儲けた人がいた！」って言うくらいに理解して頂いた方が良いと思うんです。　例えば不動産業の草分けChang女史（女性だったと思うわ）とか。。。　でも普通の人々は物を売っても、ＳＬ内である程度裕福な生活（大体好きなオブジェクトが買える程度）が出来るって言うくらいで、ＲＬに還元して暮らせるほど儲かるのは稀です。　だからお金はあんまり期待しない方が良いし、むしろ払って遊ぶ位の用意があって良いと思うなぁ。

あと、日本では結構「企業主導」でアピールされてますよね？　あんまり普通の人々（もしくはゲーマーの方々）には人気無いのかなぁ？　「何でも好きなものが作れて好きなように暮らせる」というだけでアメリカ人は食いついたのだけど（笑）。。。　そしてそこから今のＳＬビジネスがポツポツと出てきたのだけど、、、「はじめにサービスありき」とは、なかなか日本的です。

今日はここまでにして、新築する家（前のはもう壊しちゃった）をどうするか考えることにします。

I didn't even imagine to write a blog about the second life on top of the first life (AKA: RL). But I realized that I've been living that life for almost 2years now, so it might be worth trying.
